A

medical:
- alpha blockers (tamsulosin) to relax smooth muscle
- 5-alpha reductase inhibitors (finasteride) to gradually reduce the size of the prostate

surgical:
- transurethral resection of the prostate
- transurethral electrovaporisation of the prostate
- holmium laser enucleation of the prostate
open prostatectomy
