  1. Inadequate perfusion/shock
  2. ALOC/unconscious
  3. Ischaemic chest pain
  4. APO

Amiodarone indications and admin

A

If stable: VT or unclear WCT
Amiodarone 5mg/kg IV

300mg/6mL diluted with 44mL Dextrose.

Deliver over 20mins.

Treatment of unstable WCT

A

Synch cardiovert at 150J.
Repeat once at 150J.
Switch to AP position, and DCCS 200J.

1-2mg Midazolam, 50mcg Fentanyl IV.
