Anicca - everything depends on everything else
Anatta-nobody stays the same from birth time death
Dukkha- we always crave for things and are never happy
Why do Buddhist have three univeral truths
They believe that they can achieve a new way of life that offers happiness

He was distracted as things went through his mind (women , frightened images ) he struggled to stay under the tree. After dawn he found the way of life .

Right view - life in voices suffering . Dharma offers a way to overcome suffering
Right concentration - training your mind will get rid of hatred greed and ignorance . And help your mind experience happiness
Right mindfulness- more aware of those around you and your feelings
Right effort- Dont think harmful thought. Think good about everyone
Right livelihood- don’t cheat on bf gf
Right action - be kind to everyone
Right speech - speak the truth , positively and helpful
Right intention - you need to commit you aims
