A method of systematically gathering and analyzing quantitative and qualitative information to determine who’s interest should be taken into account throughout the project

Address activities and functions associated with stakeholders

What is stakeholder engagement include
Implementing strategies and actions to promote productive involvement of stakeholders. The strategy begins prior to the start of the project, within the project and continues throughout the project.
How do you understand and analyze stakeholders?
Buy understanding the stake holders feelings, emotion, Believes and values. You would need to analyze each stakeholders position on and perspective of the project.
What is considered when analyzing steakholders aspects? Think of nine aspects?
You would need to consider stakeholders power, impact, attitude, beliefs, expectations, degree of influence, proximity to the project, interest in the project, and other aspects surrounding stakeholders interactions with the project.
How do you prioritize stakeholders?
If there’s too many stakeholders you may want to prioritize them. It’s common to focus on stakeholders with the most power and interest. However throughout the project the project team may need to repair ties are stakeholders based on evolwing changes in the stakeholders landscape.
What does engaging with stakeholders look like? Think about what tasks are associated with engaging stakeholders and also skills.
