Any person who having entered a building or part of a building as a trespasser who steals or attempts to steal anything therein or inflicts or attempts to inflict GBH on any person therein shall be guilty of an offence

What’s the difference between this and burglary with intent?

Burglary with intent requires damage to the building or it’s contents, burglary alone does not
