Wavy Wines ‘NRG’ Sparkling
Grapes: Chardonnay and Palomino
Tasting notes: Salty, mineral, pear, apple, tinge of citrus
Origin: Sonoma, CA
This is a perfect sparkling wine for people who don’t want something super natty, and who just want fun summer bubbles.
?/10
Porta del Vento ‘Voria’ Sparkling Rosé
Grapes: Perricone
Tasting notes: Raspberry, vanilla cream, lime
Origin: Sicily, IT
Sparkling rosé is always great for summer, and this particular one isn’t extremely sweet but more refreshing. It does have a softness to it that may seem like sweetness, but it’s pretty balanced with fruit and acid.
Fondo Bozzole ‘Incantabiss’ Lambrusco Sparkling Red
Grapes: Lambrusco
Tasting notes: berry flavors like strawberry and blackcurrant
Origin: Lombardia, Lambrusco, IT
*Lambrusco is always a sparkling red wine. It was extremely trending in the past year or so. The wine, grape, and region are all the same name. Non-natural lambrusco is usually quite sweet, however this one is not.
Domaine Rietsch ‘Tut Blanc’ White
Grapes: Auxxerios, Riesling
Tasting notes: orchard fruit, dry, petrol, table white
Origin: Alsace, FR
Alsace is a very popular French region that is extremely close to the German border. That’s why most of the wines here are German grapes with German influence.
This bottle is 1000ml (1L) as opposed to the standard 750mL. This is a steal for customers as the bottle includes an extra glass while staying at a low price-point.
Lares ‘Disco Made Me Do It’ *White
Grapes: Apples 30%, Pinot Noir flesh 70%
Tasting notes: Crisp, dry, raspberry, yellow apple
Origin: Willamette Valley, OR
This is on the white wine list even though it is made of Pinot Noir and apples. Since the inside of the pinot is being used and not the skins, that is why it doesn’t look red, or taste like a red wine. The combination of two different fruits or colors of grapes is called a co-ferment
Marioni ‘Nina’ Rosé
Grapes: Sauvignon Blanc, Cabernet Sauvignon
Tasting notes: light, crisp, strawberry
Origin: Sonoma, CA
This rosé is a co-ferment because it is made with a red and white grape. It is very lively and sophisticated but great for intro drinkers as it is still very ‘rose’
Bichi ‘Flama Roja’ Red
Grapes: Trebbiano, Nebbiolo, Cab Sauv
Tasting notes: Cab Sauv, Cab Franc, Tempranillo, and others!
Origin: Baja, MX
Bichi is one of the first winemakers in the Baja that is completely natural. The wines are always a little more obscure than our usual offerings, but please don’t let that discourage you from selling them. The heat and soil creates smokey, extremely earthy wines with high tannin and acid in most cases.
Lapati ‘Chakalix’ Orange
Grapes: Rkatsiteli
Tasting notes: Passionfruit sorbet, apple, quince, grippy and a little savory..
Origin: Kacheti, GA
Georgia is the birthplace of natural wine, despite what some may think given the current trends. Georgians have been making rich orange wines for centuries, and they are distinctly different than most orange wines because they sit on the skins for a much longer period of time.
Stagiaire ‘Thirst Trap’ Orange
Grapes: Sauvignon Blanc
Tasting notes: Tropical fruit, white floral, candied citrus
Origin: Yorkville Highlands, California
Stagiaire is another California natty producer who is making very serious wines. Of all of our orange wines, this is the most aromatic and tropical, and easy drinking.
Ashkahn ‘Saffron’ Orange
Grapes: Clairette
Tasting notes: Funky, citric,
Origin: Santa Maria Valley, California
Another Ashkahn wine. He calls it ‘Saffron’ because it looks like the saffron water his mom would make when cooking persian food as a child.
Alessandro Viola Rosé
Grapes: Nero d’Avola
Tasting notes: Strawberry and raspberry preserve, raspberry, mineral, hint of citrus
Origin: Sicily, IT
Siciliy is very well known for its mineral-driven wines. This is because of the dense volcanic soil that takes up most of the island. The natural wines always taste very fresh, whether white, red, rosé, or orange. This is a popular producer in the natural wine world. Their white wine is on the BTG menu.
Old Westminster Piquette Rosé
Grapes: Unknown blend
Tasting notes: red berries, sage, light fizz, salty, mineral
Origin: Maryland
Ashkahn ‘777’ Pinot Noir Red
Grapes: Pinot Noir
Tasting notes: Pine/cedar, Violets, red fruit
Origin: Santa Maria Valley, CA
Other wine from Ashkahn, making that 3 total in inventory (2 live currently). This wine is very similar to Burgundy pinot noir.
Roug E Clair - Magnum Red

Origin: Campania, IT
Bichi ‘Mistico’ - Magnum Red
Grapes: Tempranillo blend
Tasting notes: funky, dark, earth, less funky than other Bichi but still up there
Origin: Baja, MX
Cume de Avia No. 9 Bianco White
Grapes: Grape(s): 53% Treixadura, 17% Albariño, 14%, Loureira 13%, Lado, 3% Caíño Branco (you can tell people it’s a Spanish field blend)
Tasting notes: high acid, high mineral Origin: Galicia, ES
A field blend is made when a winemaker grows multiple native grape varieties and mixes them together to make one wine. This is also a common way of making table wine. Field blends can be made from multiple plots of land, or sometimes all of the grapes grow sporadically together.
Glassmaker Sauv Blanc
Grapes: Sauvignon Blanc
Tasting notes: lively, tart, lemon, orange oil, herbs
Origin: Mendocino, CA
This is a super easy wine and will likely be best for wine club or introductory orange wine drinkers.
Do Re Mi Tavkveri Red
Grapes: Tavkveri
Tasting notes: rich, bold, peppery, yet bright. For people who like Chianti and Gamay, it falls
nicely in between.
Origin: Georgia
Hiyu ‘Crataegus’ Red
Grapes: Syrah, Teroldego, Mondeuse, Legrein, Marzemino, Gros Beclan, Rousanne, Viognier (80% Red, 20% White) (called a Rhone blend as these are popular grapes in the Rhone Valley)
Tasting notes: leather, smoke, mineral, plum, black raspberry, musk, mint Origin: Hood River, OR
This wine is the most expensive other than the Champagne and it is easily the most complex. Hiyu is one of the United State’s most reputable biodynamic vineyards and is important to learn about to sell the wine.
