Psychological skills

- what it is

- it can be costumised for individuals
Phase 2 for developing psychology skills
- Acquisition
- focuses on strategies and skills that will help develop positive changes
- ## analysis of the athlete to target their need
Phase 3 for developing psychology skills
- Practice phase
- athlete needs to apply their skills in situations (pressurised) to make it effective
- feedback can be given and refelctions can be stored in journals
Process goals
performer will focus on a certain technique during performance
