What is the bioavialability of calcium from various sources

A

Milk products - most bioavailable, approx 30%
Plant sources- phytic and oxalic acid inhibit absorption, spinach is only 5%
Broccoli, sweet potato, kale, bok choy better
Soya is the EXCEPTION very bioavailable - 30-40%
