When a caller is reporting an alarm going off in the area.
ALARM / ALARM
When an alarm company is reporting a bank alarm.
ALARM / BANK
When an alarm company is reporting a holdup alarm at a BUSN/RESD. Also known as a duress or panic.
ALARM / PANIC
Used to create calls for the Sheriff’s Department.
911UNK / 911S
When a caller makes a 911 call when there is not an emergency and knowingly or intentionally remains silent or makes abusive or harassing statements to a PSC.
911UNK / ABUSE
Used when requesting assistance from another agency on an existing call.
911UNK / CLONE
When the calltaker answers a 911 call and the caller immediately hangs up.
911UNK / HANGUP
When a caller advises a structure has been left open and or unsecured.
911UNK / OPEN
When a 911 call comes in and the caller remains silent. Initiate the TDD machine to check for a TDD caller.
911UNK / SILENT
To receive information on a non-emergency nature on any situation or crime that does not have a calltype.
ADMIN / INFO
Used when any officer calls out working an off duty assignment.
ADMIN / OUTSIDE
Used only to document a call when operator feels it is of importance, but caller did not want to make a report.
ADMIN / REFR
Used for any miscellaneous information report that we do not have a subtype for. Used when desk officers take reports.
ADMIN / REPORT
Used when a towing company calls in to report a REPO or a PPI.
ADMIN / TOW
To report an animal bite to a human or another animal.
ANIMAL / BITE
To report animal cruelty/ in trap/injured/vicious.
ANIMAL / IP
To report animal cruelty info/ noisy animal/ non-emergency issue.
ANIMAL / ISSUE
To report an animal in a vehicle / caller holding an animal/ any loose animals.
ANIMAL / OTHER
Occ’d over 30 mins ago. Serious bodily injury or threat where a weapon was used/displayed.
ASSAULT / AGGINFO
An assault in progress where bodily injury is taking place or a weapon is being used/displayed.
ASSAULT / AGGIP
Occ’d less than 30 mins ago. Serious bodily injury or a weapon was used/displayed.
ASSAULT / AGGJO
Occ’d over 30 mins ago bodily injury, threat or physical contact and no weapons used/displayed.
ASSAULT / INFO
Bodily injury or threat is taking place and no weapons are being used.
ASSAULT / IP
Occ’d less than 30 mins ago. Bodily injury or a threat occ’d and the subject has left the scene. No weapons used/displayed.
