A

Ischaemic heart disease
Blockage of coronary arteries/ narrowing
Angina
Myocardial heart infarction
Heart failure

Pain, weakness, nausea, rapid heart rate, SOB, fatigue, dizziness

A
Chest pain - lack of oxygen
Transient

Unstable- unpredictable 
Variant- CA spasm
Micro vascular - the smaller vessels

What is Myocardial Infarction?

A

Severed blood supply to heart
Ischaemia of heart muscle and scar tissue
Left ventricle most common
Diagnosis- release of troponin 3-6 hours, ECG
Symptoms of CHD
Sudden death, cardiac shock etc
Drugs, surgery and physio

A

Heart stops working- fatigue, weakness, other conditions
SOB
Fatigue and weakness
Swollen feet, ankles, stomach, lower back

A
Affects any heart valves 
Damaged valve affecting blood flow, causing leaking
Caused by other conditions - damage
