Bradydysrhythmias and AV Conduction Clocks

A

1o = prolonged PR interval
2o (Mobitz I) = gradual PR interval prolongation then QRS drop
2o (Mobitz II) = PR interval constant with QRS drop
3o = P wave and QRS complex unrelated, PP and RR intervals constant

Supraventricular Tachydysrhythmias (Narrow QRS)

A

Regular rhythm:
Atrial: sinus tachycardia, atrial tachycardia, atrial flutter
AV: SVT (AVNRT > AVRT), junctional tachycardia
Irregular rhythm:
Atrial: a fib, multifocal atrial tachycardia, SVT w/ aberrancy
