Digoxin has a narrow window of effectiveness

G - GI EFFECT nausea , vomiting , diarrheal , abd pain , anorexia
N-neurological - halo (green, yellow ) headache , altered LOC , blurred vision , abnormal colors
C- cardiac effect - ARRYTHMIAS , bradycardia
