Use- potentiates effects of anti hypertensives like vasodilators and ganglion blockers as it is also vasodilatory.. Hence -

• POSTURAL HTN can happen
• Warmth, flushing and itchness, due to prostaglandins. Stops if aspirin given before (30-60mins)
• Associated with increased insulin resistance, hence acanthosis nigricans
• Increased serum uric acid (caution in gout patients)
