Hemingway Daiguiri
2 oz white rum ¾ oz fresh grapefruit juice ½ ounce fresh lime juice ¼ oz Luxardo Maraschino Liqueur ¼ oz simple syrup Garnish with a lime wheel Served up in coupe
Mojito
2 oz white rum 1 oz simple syrup ½ oz lime sprigs of fresh mint Shake and pour all in a Mojito glass and top with soda Garnish with lime & sugarcane stick
Havana Sidecar
1 ½ oz Plantation Rum
¾ oz triple sec
¾ oz lemon juice
Shake, strain, and serve in a chilled up sugar rim
Daiquiri
2 oz rum -white
½ ounce lime juice
½ teaspoon superfine sugar
Squeeze the lime into your shaker, stir in the sugar, and then add the rum. Shake well with cracked ice, then stain into a chilled coupe. Garnish with lime zest.
Papa Doble
3 oz white rum
2 oz lime
2 oz grapefruit
çoz Luxardo Maraschino liqueur
Build over pellet ice. Dry Shake and pour into a Lg water glass w rubber band and cocktail nap around glass. Garnish w grapefruit.

1 1/2 oz Red Beet infused Vodka ½ oz Giffard Ginger liqueur Cilantro 3 sprigs ½ oz lemon juice Shake, strain, and pour into a chilled coupe. Garnish with a goat cheese/pistachio ball

1 ½ oz Hamilton Dark Rum 1 oz Banana liqueur - Giffard 1/4 oz lime juice - fresh squeezed ½ oz simple syrup ½ fresh ripe banana Blend all ingredients with 1/2 cup of pellet ice. Pour into margarita glass. Garnish w banana dolphin or
Piña Colada
1 ½ oz light rum
1 oz Pineapple juice
½ oz coconut Fluff syrup
Shake ingredients with ½ cup of pellet ice. Pour into margarita glass.
Montecristo and a cup of Joe
2 oz Aged Dark rum 1 oz coffee simple syrup 2 dashes of orange Bitters 1 sprays of pipe tobacco mist Stir over ice, strain into bucket w 2 cubes. Spritz with tobacco mist
