Treat a radial head anterior SD
A
(diagnosis-doesn’t like pronation, stuck in supination, anterior radial head)
hold pt’s hand
other hand on the dorsal aspect of the distal radius with the thumb
doc pronates pt’s hand into RB
pt attempts supination
hold 3-5s and continue until better
reassess

Treat inversion/medial ankle CS
A
pt lateral recuminnant with pillow under leg
apply inversion force to foot and ankle with slight internal rotation
(finger anterior and inferior to med. malleolus along deltoid lig)
EST pain scale and hold 90s
