Why Castore?

1. Extremely exciting initiative – direct exposure is something completely different to the types of place I/everyone else is applying to. Being in touch with much smaller players that have fewer resources is a very exciting prospect
2. Very valuable experience going forward into a career of investment banking/strategy consulting – first direct exposure to consulting
3. Exciting team of people. Like minded people who have similar aspirations to me. dynamic and innovative team highly analytical and empathetic people.

1. Analytically and technically capable - as an mse finance student and having completed an undergraduate degree from Durham University in PPE I believe I have the necessary broad interest plus undeveloped ping the technical toolkit 2 effectively advised clients
2. Passion and motivation - I think I have a strong passion for helping people out and operating in teams and have always been fully committed to whatever I’m doing. I also have a strong passion for consulting. I love the T shaped model of consulting where you cover a wide range of industries but other than enabled on the narrow focus of interest
3. Team player - I believe I’m a strong team player with my vast experience playing high level sports including hockey plus I believe I’m a very and thetic person who can form great Connexions with clients as well as colleagues
