iridotomy

A

primary angle closure, and in secondary angle closure with pupillary block, maybe for pigment dispersion syndrome.
Laser hole is made under topical anaesthetic and pupil constricited with pilocarpine, done avoiding crystalline lens, done so aqueous can flow out of the hole made

laser at trabecular meshwork with aim of increasing aqueous outflow and decreasing pressure. Done for Priamary and secondary OAG, OHT, pseudoexfoliative
