Major governor failure. Amber GOV light should illuminate and EBCAU automatically self engages.

Avoid abrupt collective inputs. Maintain N1 above 80%

Make a powered approach, slowly lower collective after landing to avoid overspeed. * this failure can cause loss of N1 & Torque indications.
