The employee’s eligibility for injury leave with pay shall be dependent on compliance with Title 11 and Title 85 of the Oklahoma Statutes, Oklahoma Firefighters Pension and Retirement System, additions and ammendments.

Personnel assigned to the suppression division shall work 24 hour shifts on a 2912 hours per year in twenty seven day work period under the three platoon system.
