A

Patient : Prone with head off the end of the table and arms at side.
PT : ask the patient to tilt the head up and look at the wall. Place resistance over the occiput straight down.

A

Supine with knees bent and feet on the table with arms at the side. Have the patient turn head to the opposite side of SCM being tested. Have patient lift head up and apply resistance on the side of the head straight down.
