Unexplained chronic fatigue, not alleviated by rest, significant reduction in the quality of life and at least 4 of:

Brain fog, sore throat, tender cervical / axillary lymph nodes, muscle pain, multijoint pain without swelling, headaches, unrefreshing sleep, post-exertional malaise lasting > 24 hours

Medical condition explaining fatigue
Past or current diagnosis of MDD, BPAD, schizophrenia, dementia, delusional disorder, anorexia, bulimia, substance use within 2 years before onset
BMI > 45
Unexplained physical exam / lab / imaging that suggest otherwise
