A

USSS sends the financial institution an email receipt of the SSF 1604 if the FRN is CFT

Where do you forward new notes and what forms should you include with it?

A

New notes are forwarded to CID along with:
SSF 1544 - Inventory of Evidence/CTA
SSF 3115 - Request for Service/CTA
