unresponsive to punishments, skin conductance less reactive when confronted, less activity in amygdala/hippocampus, decreased prefrontal activity
What conditions are comorbid with avoidance personality disorder?
Dependent personality disorder, depression, generalized social phobia
What conditions are comorbid with dependent personality disorder?
BPD, depression, anxiety, bulimia
What is the perfectionist approach to life?
Preoccupied with details, serious, rigid, formal, inflexible and unable to discard worn out and useless objects
What is the psychoanalytic theories of cluster C?
OCPD traits due to fixation at anal stage of psychosexual development
Is psychopathy able to be treated?
No, virtually impossible to treat
