Cognitive dissonance

A
  1. cognitive dissnonance is the act of experiencing a discomfort or split in beliefs when it comes to smoething you think you like… you tell ourself that you must like something because youre doing it in the first place (even though deep down you really dont like it)
  2. Joe is being hazed @ college & his parent sask him how the fraternity is going… he says he likes it, even though he does not but is still doing it
  3. stem away from, splitting, people pleasers
