A

The president, Vice President or any other official can be removed from office only for “treason, bribery or other high crimes

A

1) the House of Representatives has the power of impeachment. After hearing the evidence the house can adopt articles of impeachment by majority vote.
2) the senate conducts the trial; a 2/3 vote o those present is needed to convict and remove an official
