Q

What are the problems with specialisation & the division of labour?

A
  • boredom = workers quitting regularly
  • individuals who specialise in certain skills can become outdated & will become hard for them to get employed in another industry
  • production process becomes interdependent & therefore if 1 department fails/ slows down & doesn’t meet its targets, the whole process will stall
