A

Place patient back on O2, max extensions at their current depth, EXCEPT TT5 HAS NO EXTENSIONS AT 60. So the two O2 period extension occurs instead at the 30ft stop.

CNS O2 Toxicity during treatment. What is your procedure?

A

First hit: Off O2, wait for symptoms to subside, 15 minutes after symptoms subside place patient back on O2 at point of interruption.
Second hit or first convulsion: Off O2, after symptoms subside and patient is relaxed and breathing normally ascend 10 feet at 1ft/min. Place patient back on O2 and resume treatment.
3rd hit or 2nd convulsion: off O2, contact UMO.
