Define management
the attainment of organizational goals in an effective and efficient manner through planning, organizing, leading, and controlling organizational resources.

Effectiveness: the degree to which the organization achieves a stated goal.

describes the activities used to maintain the develop an informational network. The roles revolve around communication and the distribution of information, both verbal and written
