What are the three rules to rounding?

A
  1. If the removed digit is less than 5, then the number kept remains unchanged.
  2. If the removed digit is a 5 followed by zeros or no digit, the number kept remains unchanged if its an even number, increase if its an odd number.
  3. If the removed digit is 5 or greater round up.
