  2. Sugar(glucose) from Carbs(other than vitamin-rich vegetables)
  3. Excess protein are not good.
  4. Real Healing Fats : Real bacon, real cream, real cheese, heavy whipping cream, and real butter.
  5. Replace carbs in your diet with “healing-fats” found in meats, nuts, and certain oils.
