- If bill is approved, it leaves a committee & goes to full floor of house / senate for vote.
- If approved, bill leaves house to the other.
- Goes to appropriate cmte for a vote
- If approved, leaves cmte to b voted on by full vote of house / senate.
- If approved bill goes to the president.
