  1. Add a question mark to the end of a declarative sentence, pronounce with rising intonation.
    e.g. Vous êtes disponible?
  2. Start the question with est-ce que/est-ce qu’
    e.g. Est-ce que vous êtes disponible?
  3. Invert the subject and verb and place a hyphen in between.
    e.g. Fait-elle du ski?
