A

Prepare more of your own meals at home rather than eating out
Plan ahead so that you are well prepared for the day or week to come
When planning meals select vegtables from a wide variety of colours
Add fruit tp at least 2 meals or use in desert
Dont be tempted to skip breakfast
Focus on how you feel both while you are eating and after you have finished a meal

Drink plenty of water to keep yourt body hydrated
