He wanted to experience what humans experience, he needed to be anointed by a Levitical priest according to Jewish law, this instituted the Sacrament of Baptism.

What three things happen when someone is baptized?
- Original sin is washed away. 2. The Holy Spirit comes to dwell in the soul. 3. We become adopted children of God by entering into the Messianic Covenant.
What is the first witness of the Trinity during Jesus’s baptism?
At Jesus’s baptism, witnesses heard God the Father’s voice from Heaven, saw Jesus in the flesh, and saw the Holy Spirit (in the form of a dove) descend to rest above Jesus’ head.

The animal sellers and the moneychangers were charging huge fees to extort money from the Jews coming to Jerusalem for the feast days.

Why did people claim that Jesus was blaspheming when he healed people?
He said that in order to prove that he had the ability to forgive sins, he would heal them of their infirmities.

They were considered low class citizens, not worthy to be helped.
