In Verse 25 it says they saw a group of passing Ishmaelites and planned to sell Joseph to them, then in verse 26 it says that Midianite Traders passed by and they sold Joseph to the Ishmaelites. Then it says in verse 36 the Midiaite traders sold him to Potiphar and then in the next chapter it said the Ishmaelites sold him to Potiphar

They sell Joseph for 20 shekels of silver like Judus betrayed Jesus for 30 pieces of silver
List four different things that Jacob did when he heard that Joseph was dead?
He tears his clothes, puts on sack cloth, mourns for days, and puts dirt/ashes on his head
What did Potiphar do when he was that the LORD was helping Joseph to orosper
He makes him in charge of his house and in charge of all he had

Potiphar’s wife took a liking to Joseph and tried to get her to like her and one day when she asked him again, she grabbed his cloak and he ran away and then she falsely accused him of something

His dream was there was 3 vines and they had grapes on them and the butler squeezed them into the pharaohs cup, which mean in 3 days, the butler will be rehired as the butler for the Pharaoh

The baker had 3 baskets of food for the pharaoh ant the birds ate the the food for the pharaoh on his head. this means in 3 days the baker will be hung and birds will eat/peck his flesh

- in one dream there are 7 fat cows eating grass by the Nile and the 7 thin cows rise from the water and eat the 7 fat cows
- in the other there are 7 fat ears and 7 thin ears and the 7 thin ears swallow up the 7 fat ears, but stay thin
- there will be 7 good years of harvest and then 7 years of famine
