A
- Composed, optimistic, confident, focused, determined, communicating, encouraging, strong body posture, aggressive, poised
- Easy to be a green when you are playing well

- Frustrated, questioning, doubts, negative, blaming/making excuses, distant, tentative, distracted, confusion, rattled
- Happens when you are struggling or not getting the calls you feel you deserve

A
- Angry, pessimistic, overwhelmed, out of control, apathetic, hopeless, poor body posture, unapproachable, scared, emotional
- Happens if you really start fighting yourself and letting things get to you

- Analogy that will help you become more aware of your emotions and how they influence your performance
- You are trying to get into the green and successfully deal with the yellows and reds that occur
- Can use this analogy to gauge the mindset and the emotions of your teammates and coaches
