based on conditioning effect
Elements of a cardiorespiratory workout
Warmup (5-10 min)
Endurance conditioning (20-60 min)

Type A modes of activities
Cycling and walking
require minimal skill and physical fitness
Type B modes of activities
Jogging and running
requires average physical fitness but minimal skill
