Absalom happeend to come upon some of David’s men on battle and tried to escape on his mule, he rode beneath thick branches of a tree and his hair got caught in the tree
His mule left him dangling in the air and kept going. Joab ordered a soldier to kill Absalom but the soldier did not want to, so Joab kills Absalom.
