The test assesses what it says it will assess
What does it mean when researchers say the test was normed?
When test developers give an assessment to a large number of individuals from different age to cultural groups to determine normal functioning levels according to bell curve
What is differential diagnosis?
When the possibility of a certain difficulty is determined from a large list of possible ones
Should standardized assessments be culturally sensitive?
Duh
Is determining a diagnosis important for eligibility of services?
Yes
When giving a formal evaluation to a person should we consider whether or not this test has been normed to this persons culture?

True
