abstinence
refraining from eating meat on days and times when fasting is required on special feats, such as Ash Wednesday and Lent
adultery

incest
the intimate relations between relatives or in-laws; corrupts family life and devalues those who commit this sin

Theology of the Body
1) Taught by Blessed John Paul II about the goodness and sacredness of the human body and its role in our expressing and sharing our truest and most intimate self.
2) Our sexuality exceeds our physical attributes and includes the totality of our sexual emotions feelings
and desires.
3) Our spiritual and immortal soul is the source of our unity as a person.
4) All our desires for what is good, includes our sexual desires, are rooted in and connected inseparably with
our desire for the life with and in God.
