Egg cell

Sperm cell
The cell from the male that enters the egg cell.

Pear shaped organ inside a females body where the embryo is protected and nourished.

Fetus
The developing organism from the end of the eighth week until birth.

A thick rich tissue that lines up the walls of the uterus during pregnancy that nourishes the fetus.

A tube that connects the mother placenta to the fetus.
