Crestfallen
“I don’t remember this cliff,” said Jack, crestfallen, “so this must be the bit of the coast I missed.”
My definition: sadly or remembering something bad that happened there.

“The word was too good, too bitter, too successfully daunting to be repeated.”
My definition: to mean to say again.

My sentence: her speech was very daunting towards most of the boys.

My definition: not caring

My definition: Judge or try to prove him wrong
