To continuously environmentally scan, announce any approaching people or risk and cordon and manage them.

If the debtor prefers to be arrested and bailed instead of having assets seized, what should you do?
You cannot arrest someone who has seizable assets. The debtor does not dictate the options, therefore the appropriate assets will be seized.
What 3 conditions must be met for a debtor to qualify for CWP?
- Have up to or less than 500hrs of CW
- Have the capacity (physically, mentally, financially)
- Understand, agree and sign the conditions
When is a debtor required to report to their Community Correctional Service location?
By 4pm, 2 clear working days once CWP is signed.
What is the Undertaking of Bail?
When the debtor has signed the ‘Undertaking of Bail’, they promise to appear in front of a magistrates (on provided date/time/location) and discuss their outstanding matters. This option is available if debtor was ineligible for CWP or they declined.
How does an officer scedule a court date for a debtor at the Magistrates Court?
Call SGT or RM who will provide date, time and location via the spreadsheet

- Confirm cell allocation
- Confirm if debtor has any dependant (ensure they have appropriate care if so)
- Call SGT to bring warrants to police station for a convey and lodge.
