  • Inspection: (6) SMS TP+ Litten’s Shape of the chest, Respiratory Movement, Skin leisons, Trachea (Trill’s sign), Pulsations, Litten’s sign.
  • Palpation: (5T)
    Trachea, Tenderness, TVF, Palpable wheeze تزييق, Expansion تمدد.
  • Percussion: (4)
    Lung proper, bare area, traub’s area, krong’s isthmus.
  • Auscultation: (3)
    Breath sounds, Adventitious sounds, vocal resonance
