Why is the incarnation important to Christians
- Enabled God to atone for human sin > Jesus was the sacrifice-lamb of God to make up for the Fall of Adam and Eve

What happened before the cricifixion - Holy week
- Jesus predicts his death at the last supper
- He is betrayed to the Jewish high priests by Judas

- Reinforces the fact he is the son of God
