A series of letters written by the Apostles to give advice to Christians.
What is a revelation in the New Testament?
A description of prophetic visions about the coming of the Kingdom of God.
What is an Apostle?
A follower of Jesus.
What are the three different types of Christian views about the authority of the Bible?
- Fundamental Christianity
- Conservative Christianity
- Liberal Christianity
What do Fundamental Christians believe?
They believe that the Bible is the direct word of God and it cannot be wrong in either matters of faith or matters of fact.
What do Conservative Christians believe?
That the Bible is divinely inspired and is written by human beings who were inspired by God. Although the Bible can be mistaken in matters of fact, it is authoritative in matters of faith.
