decrease the surplus population

A

'’surplus’’ makes the poor seem like a product or a tool that there is too much of leading to inneficiancy =shhowing scrooge to be coldly calculating and always thinking about the bottom line
‘‘decrease’’ is also a very coldly scientific word to match the cold brutality of economic genocide being advocated
echoing the beliefs of thomas malthus an economist who advocated exactly these viwes
