Why was Churchill isolated because of his views on India
- in opposition to his own party and the labour party
-his views were old-fashioned and victorian, he belived in white man supremacy
-got compared to hitler as a result of his views

Believed that they were uncivillised, it would lead to the break down of the empire due to the fact India was known as the Jewwel in the crown

Indians grouped together in order to demand the end of British rule, therfore Churchills demand became more extreme
