symptoms: needing to pee a lot, thirsty, tired, losing lots of weights physical - not wanting to do stuff because theyre tired intellectual - miss school/work due to hospital appointment emotional - low confidence, feel left out by not being able to sdo dtuff social - may have to stay in the hospital which can make them feel isolated

symptoms: treatment involves surgery to remove the tumour, followed by chemotherapy and/or radio therapy physical - tired, weak intellectual - miss out on school/work due to appointments and treatment emotional - unhappy, scared, low confidence social - unable/not wanting to go out

symptoms: memory loss(remebreing past events better then recent ones), problems thinking and reasoning, hard to follow conversations, anxious, depressed, confused physical - may forget to eat/drink intellectual - unable to remember events and information emotional - anxious, depressed, confused social - struggle to get out, unable to remember people

- food poisoning - fever - rashes - coughs and colds - chicken pox - measles individual may need support from their GP for medication and guidence about hoe to manage the illness in seveare cases, hospitalisation may be needed untill the illness has passed

- obesity - diabetes - heart disease - dimentia - cancer individuals may require ongoing medical appointments with their GP and hospital consultants may also be a need for other profesionals to be involved, for example: an individual in the early stages of dimentia may be able to live independantly at home for a period of time, with support from home carers
