3 spoons dry vermouth

Olive or lemon twist
Stir vermouth with ice in mixing glass to coat
Strain off excess vermouth
Add gin and stir till well chilled (1 minute)
2 strain
[6:1 dry, 4:1 classic, 3:1 wet]
Old Fashioned
8 Bourbon, Rye or Scotch 1 dash soda 3 dashes Angostura bitters Demi sugar cube Orange peel
Fancy rocks
Orange twist and or cherry
Saturate sugar cube with bitters and soda
Muddle sugar
Add orange peel and ice
Gradually add ice and whiskey until diluted

20ml dry/sweet vermouth
1 dash Angostura bitters
M Martini or Coupette
Lemon twist or cherry
Stir all in mixing glass, 2 strain

1 spoon cherry liqueur/syrup
